Return/Cancellation Policy

[/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]All of our products are custom-made for customers and are not returnable.  Any items that are non-personalized we can offer a credit up to 50% of the original net price and less original shipping cost, should you need to return/cancel any goods.  You may cancel any order that has not been physically produced. All you do is contact us for an RMA (return material authorization) number and return the product to the appropriate plant, as given to you when you call.
